Dentsply Employee Orientation

Create a global employee orientation program to introduce new employees to Dentsply.

JPL created a new employee orientation program featuring a Dentsply video and two on-camera welcome messages from Dentsply's President and CEO that introduce employees to Dentsply's mission, products, divisions, locations and business philosophy. The program, delivered via CD-ROM, allows presenters to modify and navigate through the orientation program according to the specific situation and audience. Additionally, the presentation can be delivered in up to five languages (with plans for several more) so that new employees in Dentsply's more than 25 divisions around the world can benefit from the orientation program.
