Develop web-based training courses to help Water System Operators throughout Pennsylvania comply with environmental regulations and achieve mandatory certification.

JPL worked closely with DEP subject matter experts to perform the necessary instructional design for course development. JPL is also developing the courses using a learning management system which helps the client track user’s progress through the coursework.
