Employee Orientation Program

Glatfelter, a global supplier of specialty paper and engineered products headquartered in York, PA, wanted to bring its vision, core values, and business strategy to life for new and existing employees.

JPL created a multimedia program to help improve retention, performance and productivity among Glatfelter employees. The customized employee orientation includes interviews from Glatfelter executives, an overview of the company's vision, core values, corporate history, product overview and insight into Glatfelter's corporate culture. JPL also created an interface to tie into Glatfelter's brand marketing.
