JPL produced an e-Learning program divided into three sections: an intelligence briefing, which contains the main body of information; a case book, which illustrates the different issues with actual fraud cases, including the criminal’s methods and the legal implications; and the glossary, which provides a reference to key ideas and definitions. In addition, brief quizzes are embedded throughout the program to reinforce learning.
