To create an engaging, motivational employee meeting that empowers employees to carry out bmc’s goals and objectives.

For bmc's All-Employee Meeting, JPL developed themed videos, creative presentations and interactive events to inspire the 500+ employees attending to feel like they were part of one big team. At the conclusion of the last video, the actors who had appeared in the video suddenly appeared live on stage. One special feature JPL created for the event was a life-sized Monopoly game that used bmc locations and services instead of the traditional Monopoly names.

"This meeting is the one opportunity each year to get all employees together from throughout the mid-Atlantic region. It is a great platform to reach out to our team, communicate the firm's goals and priorities, and reinforce our brand messages.
