Develop a tool to inform businesses looking to lease or buy property or to have a custom built facility what services Szeles Real Estate Development Company has to offer.
JPL developed an interactive CD-ROM that allows users to view video testimonials, search for building specifications, and learn about the company’s offering within one CD. Photo galleries, descriptions of current building projects, animated web style navigation, and a narrated overview of the company are all features that help to inform and sell potential customers.
According to our client, the multimedia CD-ROM does an excellent job of informing potential customers about what services Szeles Real Estate has to offer. Instead of handing out traditional sales material, they can now provide prospective clients with video testimonials from customers, a photo gallery with descriptions of current building projects, and a narrated overview of the company all within one CD.
