Client Challenge
To brand a new specialty chocolate by designing a highly interactive website for the tastemaker consumers to experience and explore the world of chocolate.  The site’s goals included engaging the consumer and influencing the tastemaker to build loyalty, enabling the tastemaker to gain experience through education, and provide the consumer with the tools and opportunities to showcase expertise and own the chocolate tasting party experience.

JPL Productions' Solution
JPL started from scratch, researching the different markets in specialty chocolate using a competitor analysis.  JPL then integrated market research with web design to create an interactive site introducing Cacao chocolate into the market. Designed to attract women in particular, the website invites guests to explore, discover, and enjoy the new world of Cacao in Hershey’s Cacao Reserve.  Immediately upon entering the website, users can learn more about Hershey’s delicious Cacao products, explore facts in chocolate 101, create a unique experience, and find out about the latest events.
