With usability in mind, JPL redesigned the site to include a new navigation system that uses drop-down menus, making finding information about energy-related policies and legislative developments faster and easier. The homepage highlights the "Write Your Legislator" feature that allows users to urge their legislators to pass energy legislation. Additionally, the site features custom photography, streaming media clips, site search, and dynamically generated news articles.
