Create a website that potential residents and their families will use and find valuable when choosing a retirement community.

Prior to overhauling the Country Meadows' site, JPL conducted a usability study and online survey on the Country Meadows’ website. The study and survey assessed the ease of use and value of the information and tools currently on the site. As a result of the findings, the site received a complete redesign - interface and content.

To address the concerns and requests of the target audience, some of the updates included in the site redesign were: the use of photos of retirement age individuals, a photo gallery for each country meadows facility allowing potential residents to take a “sneak peak,” and a list of wellness tips.

In addition to the redesign, a monthly e-newsletter containing health information, facility updates, event announcements and press release information is now sent out to subscribers.
