By engaging HSH in rethinking their approach based on the results of JPL's recommended strategy, the site's new design took shape, creating a premier, online resource for HSH patients, their family members, employees and job seekers.

The new site provides all visitors rapid access to the information they are seeking through intuitive navigation, convenient search functionality, an interactive events calendar and more. JPL also provided HSH with a user-friendly content management system, empowering its staff to control the site's routine maintenance and improve their internal processes.
